The Health Awareness Profile Program is vital to increasing employee
awareness of their health status. This program is an interlocking
system of health profiles, with professionally collected specimens
to increase accuracy and thoroughness.
Once you have chosen a profile of customized panels, our team
of professionals will go to your work site to collect blood samples,
conduct blood pressure and resting heart rates, perform biometric
evaluations and acquire a brief personal and family history.

CHS in conjunction with our reference laboratories is able to
formulate any combination of lab tests listed below to develop
individualized panels for participating companies.

Coronary Risk Profile—Screens
for heart disease and includes:
• Total cholesterol
• Triglycerides
• High-density lipoprotein ("GOOD CHOLESTEROL")
• Lipoprotein
• Low-density lipoprotein ("BAD CHOLESTEROL)
• Risk ratios I and II
2.
Comprehensive Health Profile
— Includes all tests listed
above in the Coronary Risk Profile plus:

Tests for heart disease, diabetes,
metabolic function, kidney function, bone metabolism,
liver function, infection, nutritional status, anemia,
hematological (blood) disease and disorders
A complete blood count (hemoglobin, hematocrit, red
blood cells, white blood cells, MCV, MCH, MCHC, neutrophils,
bands, lymphocytes, monocytes, basophils, eosinophils,
platelets)

Prostatic Specific Antigen Profile
•
Recommended for males age 40 and above and those with
a family history of cancer. Referred to as a "PSA,"
this profile includes a blood test for the antigen (PSA)

Thyroid Profile — Includes
a test for thyroid function and can help detect early signs
of thyroid disease and dysfunction; also includes:
• FTI (T7) Calculation
• Total T4
• T3 Uptake
• Highly Sensitive TSH
• Total T3
5.
HIV Antibody Profile
•
Performed by withdrawing blood to test for antibodies
to Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), probable causative
agent of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome

ABO/Rh Test
•
Performed to determine the blood type and Rh factor
for participants
7.
Arthritis Profile — For
the early detection of arthritis and arthritic disease/disorders;
includes:
• RA factor
• Uric acid
• C-reactive protein
• ASO
• Erythrocyte sedimentation rate
8.
Hepatitis Panel — A
diagnostic profile for the detection of hepatitis; includes:
• Surface antigen (HBSAg)
• Antibody to core antigen (Anti-HBC)

Hormonal Function Profile
— The detection
and analysis of hormonal changes for women. Includes:
• FSH
• BHCG (Qualtitative)
• LH
• Testosterone
• Prolactin Progesteron

CA125 — For
the early detection and treatment of ovarian cancer
and dysfunction.

Heavy Metal Profile
— For the detection
of heavy metals recommended for those working in industries,
which expose the individual to metal fragments.

Recommended for women
